  • A power off attorney simply signed by the Applicant and sealed.
  • A Filing Info Form sent with the filing instructions.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power off attorney signed by Assignee.
  • A deed of assignment signed by Assignor and Assignee .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power off attorney signed by the Registrant and sealed.
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate.
