TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power off attorney signed by the Applicant, notarized by the Notary public .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power off attorney signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, notarized by the Notary public .
  • A deed of assignment signed by Assignor and Assignee, notarized by the Notary public .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power off attorney signed by the Registrant, notarized by the Notary public .
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate.
