TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  •  Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the  Applicant, apostilled or legalized by the Nicaraguan Consulate .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney singed by the  Assignee, apostilled or legalized by the Nicaraguan Consulate .
  • A deed of assignment, signed by the Assignor and Assignee, apostilled or legalized by the Nicaraguan Consulate . 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Registrant, apostilled or legalized by the Nicaraguan Consulate .
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate .
