TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • Certified copy of the priority document, if priority is to be claimed.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A scanned copy of deed of assignment by both the Assignee and Assignor .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A scanned copy of the power of attorney simply signed by the Registrant .
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate .
