Myanmar Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney signed by the Applicant, notarized and legalized up to the Myanmar Consulate.
  • A  declaration of Ownership of Trademark, notarized by a Notary public.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  •  A deed of assignment signed by Assignor and Assignee.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS

  • A power of attorney signed by the Registrant, notarized and legalized up to the Myanmar Consulate.
  • A  declaration of Ownership of Trademark, notarized by a Notary public.
