  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Applicant and sealed.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized by a Notary public.
  • A deed of assignment singed by Assignor and Assignee, notarized by a Notary public.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Registrant and sealed.
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate.
