  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A copy of power of attorney simply singed by the Applicant, and seated .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A copy of power of attorney simply singed by the Assignee, and seated .
  • A deed of assignment simply singed by both the Assignor and assignee.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A copy of power of attorney simply singed by the Registrant, and seated .
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate .
