TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized and legalized up to Iranian Consulate.
  • Certified copy of the Incorporation certificate along with its Farsi translation.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Iranian Consulate.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Iranian Consulate.
  • A certified copy of the commercial registry duly legalized up to the Iranian Consulate.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A soft copy of registration certificate.
