TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Applicant and sealed .
  • A  Declaration of Entitlement simply singed by the Applicant .
  • Certified copy of the priority documents , if priority is to be claimed together with its English translation . 

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT

  • A deed of assignment , signed by both the Assignor and Assignee .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate .
