Ecuador Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, legalized with the Hague Apostille or before the Ecuadorian Consulate.
  • Certified copy of the priority document, if  priority is to be claimed.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, legalized with the Hague Apostille or before the Ecuadorian Consulate.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, legalized with the Hague Apostille or Before the Ecuadorian Consulate.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS

  • A Power of Attorney singed by the Registrant, legalized with the Hague Apostille or before the Ecuadorian Consulate.
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate.
