  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney signed by Assignee, notarized by a Notary public.
  • A deed of Assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee .  

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney signed  by the Registrant notarized by a Notary public.
  • A copy of trademark registration certificate .
