Costa Rica Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized by Notary public.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized by Notary public.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, notarized, apostilled or legalized up to the  Costa Rica Consulate.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Registrant, notarized by Notary public.
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate.
