TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address in English and Chinese.
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Applicant and sealed.
  • A certified copy of the incorporation certificate.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney simply singed by both the Assignor and Assignee.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee in Chinese.
  • A certified copy of the incorporation certificate for the Assignor and Assignee.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS

  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Registrant and sealed.
  • A certified copy of the incorporation certificate.
