RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • Form TM10
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  •  Form TM6
  • A soft copy of registration certificate.
