  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney Simply singed by the Applicant and sealed .
  • Certified copy of the priority document, if  priority is to be claimed.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney Simply Singed by the Assignee and sealed.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A Power of Attorney Simply Singed by the Registrant and sealed .
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate.
