Brunei Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney (Form TM 22 ) simply singed by the Applicant and sealed.
  • Certified copy of the priority document, if  priority is to be claimed.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A deed of assignment( Form TM 11 ), signed by both the Assignor and Assignee.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate.
