Brazil Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Applicant and sealed.
  • Certified copy of the priority document, if  priority is to be claimed.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Assignee and sealed.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, together with its Portuguese Translation, Notarized and apostilled.
  • Certificate of Qualification issued by a Notary Public .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Registrant and sealed.
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate.
