TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATION 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized , apostilled or legalized by the Bolivian Consulate .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized, apostilled or legalized by the Bolivian Consulate .
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee ,notarized , apostilled or legalize by the Bolivian Consulate together with its Spanish translation.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Registrant, notarized, apostilled, or legalized by the Bolivian Consulate .
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate .
