Belize Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized by Notary Public or apostilled .
  • Certified copy of the priority document, if  priority is to be claimed.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized by Notary Public or apostilled .
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee notarized by Notary Public .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  •  A power of attorney singed by the Registrant, notarized by Notary Public or apostilled .
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate .
