Bahrain Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized , apostilled or legalized up to Bahraini Consulate.
  • A certified copy of the incorporation certificate apostilled or legalized up to the Bahraini Consulate.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized, apostilled or legalized up to the Bahraini Consulate.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, notarized, apostilled or legalized up to the         Bahraini Consulate.
  • A certified copy of the incorporation certificate for the Assignee apostilled or legalized up to the Bahraini Consulate.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Registrant,  notarized , apostilled or legalized up to Bahraini Consulate.
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate.
