  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized and legalized up to Angolan Consulate.
  • A certified copy of the Incorporation certificate legalized up to Angolan Consulate with its sworn translation into Portuguese .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT

  • A power of attorney signed by the Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Angolan Consulate.
  • A deed of assignment signed by Assignor and Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Angolan Consulate with its sworn translation into Portuguese .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS

  • A power of Attorney signed by the Registrant, notarized and legalized up to the Angolan Consulate. 
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate.
