  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized and legalized up to Afghani consulate.

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Afghani Consulate.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Afghani Consulate.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A Power of Attorney singed by the Registrant, notarized and legalized up to Afghani consulate.
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate.
