TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized, apostille or legalized  up to the Argentine Consulate .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized, apostille or legalized  up to the Argentine Consulate .
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, notarized, apostille or legalized  up to the  Argentine Consulate .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A Power of Attorney singed by the Registrant, notarized, apostille or legalized  up to the Argentine Consulate.
  • A soft copy of trademark registration certificate.
