Iraq Trademarks Requirements

 

 

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney singed by the Applicant, notarized and legalized up to Iraqi Consulate.
  • A certified copy of a home trademark registration certificate legalized up to the Iraqi consulate (for class 5 applications only).

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT

  • A power of attorney singed by the Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Iraqi Consulate.
  • A deed of assignment, signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, notarized and legalized up to the Iraqi Consulate.
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of attorney singed by the Registrant,  notarized and legalized up to Iraqi consulate.
  • A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate.
