TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of  attorney simply signed by the Applicant and sealed .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  • A power of  attorney signed by both the Assignor and Assignee, sealed .
  • A Deed of assignment (2 original copies) , signed by both the Assignor and Assignee with its Russian translation.
  • The original Certificate of trademark registration.

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  • A power of  attorney simply signed by the Registrant and sealed .
  • A soft copy of  the trademark registration certificate.
