TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS APPLICATIONS 

  • Applicant name and address .
  • Specimen of the mark .
  • Classes & goods/ services .
  • A power of attorney simply singed by the Applicant and sealed.
  • Certified copy of the priority document, if priority is to be claimed .

RECORDAL OF A TRADEMARK ASSIGNMENT 

  •  A power of attorney simply singed by the Assignee and sealed.
  • A deed of assignment singed by both Assignor and Assignee .

TRADEMARKS & SERVICE MARKS RENEWALS 

  •   A soft copy of the trademark registration certificate .
